Pitching her tent – Lech L’cha
In Gen. 12: 8 the Torah says “he (Abram) pitched her tent”. We would have expected the text to say “He pitched his tent”.
Rashi notices the discrepancy and explains that Abram first set up his wife’s tent and only then proceeded to set up his own. Chivalry was one of the patriarch’s virtues.
