Seeing well – Tazria
Rabbi Asher the Great from Stollin used to quote the verse, “And the kohen shall see the infection” (Lev. 13:3).
He said that no-one should confess to the Rebbe all his failings, nor all his good points.
The Rebbe – like the kohen in the Torah – is clever enough to see the whole story for himself. He does not need an announcement of good points and bad points.
